a little lent

A couple of resources for Lenten spiritual practice that I found while looking around:

d365 a year-round daily online devotional that is attentive to the liturgical calendar

If you want to commit to regular scripture reading during lent this is a good place to start: Daily Lectionary Readings

This is a great compilation of 40 Spiritual Practices for Lent. Choose one, try several, or be inspired to do something else.

Questions for reflection, prayers, scripture, and spiritual practices: 40 Ideas for Lent

A daily devotion from the Church Health Reader: Walking to the Cross

Earth Ministry’s Lent Calendar for the eco-minded

Support for living on a food stamp budget during Lent

Or perhaps this year Lent needs to be a season of letting all this go, a return to simplicity in spirituality–that’s not a bad thing either.

How are you feeling as Lent comes again?

I have been using 365 since Advent. Love the music.
Your suggestions are great and I’ll use some and I hope lots of people try this discipline for Lent.
